Keneisha Kay Jay Johnson was born in central Texas. She gained the name KJ from her middle school basketball coach. Kay Jay later changed the spelling because she felt that a simple K&J was boring. Kay Jay was involved with gangs and drugs throughout her childhood but somehow managed to maintain straight As in school and was a star athlete. Life took her by storm when she landed in a mental hospital in 2005; she struggled with depression and suicidal thoughts for about six years. In 2012, she lost her aunt and was devastated. She tried everything you could think of to cope with the pain, when nothing could fill that void, she started to attend church. About after a year of attending church and being involved in the various ministries that were offered, she gave her life to Jesus Christ and was baptized. In 2014, life took yet another turn and KayJay ended up incarcerated. Over fifteen months of time she served, her life was transformed. She had a spiritual encounter and met with God face to face. God gave her a new vision and insight into life. She answered the call to the ministry and now she is fully walking in what she was born to do. Kay Jay now shares the vision that was given to her. Welcome to Da Kingdom Era.
